What can I win?
Essential Coding is giving away a complete custom web design package with a total value of up to $1500.00 CAD.
Monthly updates, design revisions, and marketing consultation are not included. Four week completion time is not guaranteed.
This means that if you win, you will have a fully functional website and 12 months worth of web hosting. After 12 months you will have the option to renew the package at regular rates, you can view the rates at essentialhosting.ca.
How do I enter?
See our booth at the tradeshow in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. You will be asked to enter your business card, anything other then a professional business card for an registered company will not be accepted.
How often can I enter?
Only once during the two-day period.
What's the catch?
We request that you allow us to send you our e-newsletter if you do submit your business card for the draw. If you do win, we require that you allow us to photograph you and publish your name using your website and owner pictures in the Media.

We will never, ever use your registration info for anything unrelated to this contest– especially spam! We will never sell your information to any third party.
Eligibility: Anyone over the age of 18 years who is a current resident of Canada with a valid Drivers License is eligible to enter. Essential Coding employees and their immediate families are not eligible for this contest.
Essential Coding may reject any submitted entries that it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, fail to meet any of these eligibility requirements. To be eligible you must agree to abide by these terms and conditions and be bound by all Essential Coding decisions relating to this contest, which are final and binding in all respects.
Duration:
The contest begins on Friday, May 9th, 2008 at 5:00 pm (-3:30 GMT), and ends on Sunday, May 11th, 2008 at 3:00 pm (-3:30 GMT).
Prize Date:
The winner will be announced on Sunday, May 11th, 2008 at 3:30 PM at the Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium. Additionally, it will be posted on the website.
Prize:
The prize refers to the web design package being awarded. Details of the package are available in the Contest Frequently Asked Questions. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
Restrictions:
This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by any relevant federal, provinical or local law, including but not limited to jurisdictions with laws that would require registration, disclosure, filing, trust account or posting of a bond, or any other requirements that are not satisfied.
Limitation on Liability:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither Essential Coding, nor any supplier, employee, director or agent shall be liable under any legal or equitable theory for (a) any technical or human error which may occur in the process of submitting entries that may limit your ability to participate in this contest, (b) failure of your entry submission to be included in the contest, or (c) any injuries, losses or damages caused by a Prize awarded (or failed to be awarded) in the contest or participation in the contest.
Warranty Disclaimer:
The Prize is provided on an AS IS basis, and Essential Coding disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, with respect thereto or to any other subject matter of these terms and conditions.
Release and Publicity:
You hereby forever release and grant Essential Coding the right to use and disclose your name and entry in connection with the Essential Coding website or any Essential Coding promotion of the contest results or related publicity, including, without limitation, a press release.
Assignment:
The Prizes are not assignable or transferable by you without written consent from Essential Coding. Essential Coding may freely assign and delegate its obligations hereunder.
Other Terms:
Essential Coding is the sponsor of this contest. Essential Coding reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering or otherwise interfering with the contest. If Essential Coding determines, in its sole discretion, that the contest is compromised by any corruption of the administration, security, or proper play of this contest then, at Essential Coding's sole discretion, it may cancel the contest. The winner will be subject to, and responsible for, all applicable Canadian taxes and withholding. Winner must supply a copy of a valid Drivers License or Provincial Identification in order to claim prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries on the award date.
